Terms of service

By using generatorvideo.ai you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity on your account and API keys.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive 3 free videos. Each additional video costs $1 USD, deducted from a prepaid balance (minimum top-up $20). Balances do not expire. Renders that fail are refunded to your balance automatically. Top-ups are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.

Your content

You own the videos you create, to the extent permitted by law, and may use them commercially. By publishing a video to the public feed you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, distribute and promote it on generatorvideo.ai and its channels. You can unpublish or delete your videos at any time.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Content policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate it.

Service

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be unexpected; review videos before publishing them elsewhere. We may change features and prices with notice; prices already paid into your balance keep their value.
