Seedance Pricing: What a Clip Costs on Each Platform

Seedance pricing is not one price list. ByteDance's Seedance 2.0, 2.0 Mini and 2.5 models are sold through Dreamina (ByteDance's own creative app) and through a long list of third parties, including Pika, invideo, Luma, Higgsfield and DollarVid. The same model can cost $0.60 or $7 per clip depending on the platform, resolution, length and whether audio is on. Seedance pricing on Dreamina

A 2026 third-party test by Cutout.pro lists Dreamina plans at roughly $18/month (Basic), $45 (Pro) and $84 (Max), varying by region. Its measured cost per clip:

• 6 s 720p draft: about $0.60.
• 12 s 1080p with audio: about $3.50.
• 16 s 2K with audio: about $7.

Subscription credits don't roll over. On Basic, $18 ÷ $0.60 = 30 draft clips a month at most, or about 5 of the 12-second 1080p clips. Prices as of September 2026 — check Dreamina's official pricing page for your region.

Seedance through other platforms

• Pika: Seedance 2.5 at 720p for 5 s costs 122 credits, about $1.35 on the $10 Starter plan (900 credits). Details on our Pika pricing page.
• DollarVid: a flat $1 per 6-second Seedance 2.0 video, pay-as-you-go, no subscription.
• Higgsfield, Luma, invideo: also offer Seedance models inside their own credit systems; cost depends on their credit rate for the model.

Three routes compared

Seedance 2.0 is a strong proprietary model, and its native audio is a real strength; ours carries optional sound (no dialogue) and runs up to 30 seconds, 8 on free videos. Our setup is different: one flat price, in Turbo mode for fast results and Pro mode for quality.

Draft, final, or finished-with-audio?

The cheapest Seedance route depends on what you need out of the clip:

• Quick 720p drafts, lots of them: Dreamina at about $0.60 each is hard to beat if you use the whole plan.
• Long 1080p or 2K shots with audio: Dreamina again, at $3.50-$7 per clip; nobody else in this comparison does that for less.
• A few short clips per month, no plan: $1 pay-per-video, either DollarVid for Seedance specifically or us for Turbo/Pro clips with optional sound, lengths up to 30 seconds, social presets and 3 free videos to start.

Worked example: a small brand needs 12 silent 6-second clips for a month of Reels and adds music in CapCut. On Dreamina Basic that is $18 for the month with leftover credits that reset. Here it is $12 out of a $20 top-up, and the remaining 8 wait for next month.

Our honest take

If you want Seedance output specifically, use a platform that runs Seedance. If you want a good short clip at a predictable price, compare outputs side by side before committing to anything.
