Two ways to use it, and which is safer
- Image-to-video from your own product photo (recommended). The model starts from your real image, so the product looks far closer to reality. Keep motion subtle: a slow push-in, a gentle orbit, light sweeping across the surface, steam or water droplets around it.
- Text-to-video for mood and context shots. Great for the scenes around the product: a sunlit bathroom shelf, coffee being poured, waves on a beach. Don't expect a text prompt to reproduce your specific product; use these clips as atmosphere and cut to real product footage or the image-to-video clip.
A strong ad often mixes both: a mood shot, then the product clip, then a text card with the offer in your editor.
Product fidelity: what to check before you publish
Generated video is a new render, not a copy of your photo. Check every clip frame by frame for:
- Logos and label text: letters can warp or blur as the camera moves. If the label matters, keep motion minimal or add a crisp packshot at the end in your editor.
- Shape and proportions: caps, handles and edges can subtly change.
- Colors: make sure the shade matches what the customer will receive.
- Extra or missing parts: an added button or a vanished strap is a common glitch.
An ad that shows a product differently from what ships invites returns and complaints, and ad platforms have rules against misleading creative. If a clip changes the product, regenerate it or don't use it.

Create a video Prompts for product clips
- Skincare (image-to-video): Slow 30-degree orbit around the bottle on a marble surface, soft morning light sweeping across the glass, water droplets glistening, product stays unchanged.
- Coffee brand (text mood shot): Dark roast coffee pouring into a white ceramic cup in slow motion, steam rising, warm café window light, close-up.
- Sneakers (image-to-video): Slow push-in on the shoe resting on wet concrete, neon reflections in puddles, light rain falling around it.
- Candles (image-to-video): Candle flame flickering gently, slow pull-back revealing a cozy wooden shelf, evening lamp light.
- Outdoor gear (text mood shot): Wide shot of a hiker reaching a misty mountain ridge at sunrise, slow aerial drift, cool blue tones.
Phrases like "product stays unchanged" and "subtle motion" help, but they're not guarantees. For more on animating stills, see image to video prompts.
Choosing model and format
Use Turbo (fast) to test which camera move flatters the product. Use Pro (quality) for the final clip; finer detail on reflective and textured surfaces matters most here, and it tends to hold shapes better.
Match the preset to the placement: 9:16 for Stories, Reels and TikTok ads; 1:1 or 4:5 for feed ads; 16:9 for YouTube and website banners; 2:3 for Pinterest. Generate each format natively rather than cropping one master clip.
Before you launch: disclosure and privacy
Results appear in our public feed by default. If you're working on an unreleased product, Unpublish the clip as soon as it's done. Also check the ad platform's policies on AI-generated or altered media; some require a label for synthetic content.
Cost for a small product launch
Five products, each with a feed version (4:5) and a Stories version (9:16), plus two drafts per final: 5 x 2 x 3 = 30 videos, or $30. Add a handful of text mood shots and you're near $40. Credits never expire, so a $20 top-up can cover this month's hero product and next season's too. For volume pricing context, see pay per video AI generation. When you're ready, upload your first product photo.
Will the AI keep my logo and label exactly?
Not guaranteed. Labels and logos can warp when the camera moves. Keep motion subtle, check every frame, and add a static packshot in your editor if the label must be perfect.
Can I add prices, text and a voiceover?
Add text, prices, music and voiceover in your video editor. We generate the visual clips, with optional generated ambience.
Which is better for products, text-to-video or image-to-video?
Image-to-video from your own product photo, because it starts from the real product. Use text-to-video for surrounding mood shots.
Can I keep clips of unreleased products private?
Videos are public in the feed by default. Unpublish them right after generation; you can do this at any time.
How much does an ad clip cost?
$1 per generation after the 3 free videos. Most final clips take 2 to 3 generations including drafts.
